Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and efawin ("Platform", "we" or "us"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the efawin website and related services provided under it.

Continued use of this platform after any amendments to the Terms and Conditions will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. It is the member's responsibility to review this document from time to time to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after verification
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used during deposit
• The account must have completed the full identity verification process
• All bonus-related wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made

• Attempting to hack, compromise or disrupt the platform's systems

• Adding funds through payment methods that do not belong to the member
• Attempting money laundering or other illegal financial activities through the platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Spreading false information about the platform in public spaces

efawin reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.
